The hotel is conveniently located near all the major attractions in the city, making it easy to explore Florence. The bustling areas are within reach, but the hotel itself provides a calm and serene environment. Guests can easily visit other Michelin Star restaurants in the vicinity to indulge in exquisite dining experiences. The rooms are spacious and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, and the housekeeping is top-notch, keeping the rooms tidy and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options to cater to different tastes.
The hotel does not provide free wifi, which could be an inconvenience for some guests.

A lovely stay at Relais Santa Croce. The fine renaissance building, once a palace, is well-preserved with a lavish music room for check-in. The view of the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore from the room is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and their small touches do not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this extraordinary hotel.

the room was spacious and modern, with a stunning view of the city. the bar/lounge area had a cozy atmosphere and great cocktails.
The only minor issue I had was with the service at the front desk. Though they were helpful in making restaurant reservations, they were slow to respond to my inquiries.
