A lovely stay at Relais Santa Croce. The fine renaissance building, once a palace, is well-preserved with a lavish music room for check-in. The view of the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore from the room is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and their small touches do not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this extraordinary hotel.

We had a wonderful time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and cute, offering us a glass of champagne upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with attractions such as the Santa Croce cathedral and the Duomo within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. We especially enjoyed the special window in the double room with a charming view of the city. the hotel provided us with a nice and enjoyable experience.

The only minor issue I had was with the service at the front desk. Though they were helpful in making restaurant reservations, they were slow to respond to my inquiries.

From the moment we arrived, we was like valued guests. The staff were pretty good too make us feel special and even offered us an upgrade upon arrival. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was perfect. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to all the central sights of this city but away from the overcrowded areas. the breakfast provided was wonderful, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
